Balloon Sinuplasty is a minimally invasive, in-office treatment for chronic sinusitis and infections. Unlike previous sinus surgery options, Balloon Sinuplasty was designed to open up the blocked sinus passages, allow adequate airflow and drainage without removing tissue and bone, no incision, or harming the sinus cavity in anyway. This means patients experience a faster recovery, and lower risk of bleeding and scarring. This procedure is performed in-office, under local anesthesia making it convenient and less expensive than other options. People are able to resume normal activities within a day or two post procedure.
