Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

How cryotherapy works
ClariFix cryotherapy works by creating second degree nerve damage at the posterior nasal nerves.^11-12 This nerve damage results in the loss of axon continuity distal to the freeze, but preservation of the perineurium, endoneurium, and epineurium.¹⁰ Cyrosurgery has demonstrated rapid regeneration of mucosal structures and function. Deviated Septum
A deviated septum happens when the wall of tissue in the middle of the nose is off-center. Most people have septums that are off-center, but this can sometimes cause symptoms like difficulty breathing, sinus infections, and congestion. For most patients, this condition can be managed through decongestants and antihistamines that aim to reduce nasal congestion. For more severe cases, surgery involves a procedure called a septoplasty to reposition the septum in the center of the nose.
